Located on the outskirts of town, Les Ouches is particular in that it brings together students and families in a common project. Built through a collaboration with the Codha (Coopérative de l’habitat associatif), two buildings facing each other are accessible by vast and green exterior corridors. The Ciguë has two large duplex flats, with 10 rooms each, a living room, and a kitchen and dining room giving onto a large outdoor space. The residents of the two buildings share a common room, music room, and workshop.
