Technical managers of your building or house

There are two technical managers in the cooperative. They are in charge of the maintenance of the buildings.

Here is the list of the building distribution between the technical managers:

Delegates – janitors- coordinators

The cooperators can represent their building or neighbourhood by becoming delegate, janitor or coordinator.

Delegates are the intermediates between the cooperators and the cooperative.

janitors are in charge of the maintenance of the buildings with the technical managers.

The coordinators are doing those two task.
