2. CHF 75 annual membership fee
3. security deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent (excluding utilities)**.

Please note

To save time at the signing of the lease, you can come having already read and signed the “Usage and communal life” rules and the ecological agreement (available here).

*at least 12h/week (as defined in the “Usage and communal living” regulations).

**liability insurance is compulsory and covers damage caused to others. It does not cover theft, which requires household insurance! See this document

***The rental guarantee and the social share will be returned to you on your departure, provided you are up to date with your rental payments. The rental guarantee can be taken out with a bank or a surety company such as First caution or Swisscaution.
